NFC review cards for local business
Hear what they don't post.
One tap opens your page: a few quick questions if you want them, then your customer chooses between your Google review page and a private message to you. You hear either way.
Works on every phone. Nothing for your customers to install.
The part other vendors don't mention
Every customer gets the same choices.
Most review cards ask for a star rating, then send the happy ones to Google and everyone else to a complaint form. That's called review gating, and it breaks Google's policy and a federal rule at the same time. We never sort anyone. You can ask a few questions first, even ratings, but everyone gets the same two options afterwards, whatever they answered, and anyone can skip straight to them.
Rate first, then get sorted
Four stars and up go to Google. Anything lower gets a private form instead. Google has wiped entire review histories over this, and the FTC rule carries penalties per violation.
Two doors, same size
Our promise: nobody is screened, routed or steered. An unhappy customer can always reach Google without answering anything: one tap on a two-door page, or straight past the questions on a survey. You still hear about problems within a minute — you just don't block anyone from Google to do it.
Leave a Google review
Straight to your review page, pre-loaded. About a minute.
Message the owner
Private, straight to your phone. Nothing public.
Same size, same weight, shown to everyone. That's the whole trick.
What your customers see
You choose what a tap opens.
With a subscription, pick one of three. Without one, the card goes straight to Google.
Your trial starts here
Short survey first
A few quick questions, stars and a reply box, then the same two options for everyone. Every question is optional, so anyone can go straight through.
The classic
Two doors first
Leave a Google review, or message you privately, side by side at the same size.
No subscription needed
Straight to Google
The tap opens your Google review page directly. You still see taps; no messages or survey answers arrive. This is also what every card does without a subscription.
Setup
Two minutes, once.
Tap your new card
It arrives unclaimed. Tap it with your own phone and it walks you through setup.
Find your business
Search Google, paste a link, or send us your details and we'll find it for you.
Put it on the counter
That's it. Move premises, rebrand, open somewhere new — update the card any time from the dashboard, with a subscription.
What comes with it
The dashboard behind the card.
Dashboard shows you everything. Smart Assist uses AI to read it and tell you what to do next; you approve everything before it goes anywhere.
Private messages
Emailed to you the moment they arrive. Answering within the hour is the single most valuable thing you can do.
Survey results
Every answer and rating, how people heard about you, and which option they chose afterwards.
Every card, one view
Taps by day, location and placement. See which cards earn their spot and which sit in a drawer.
Your branding
Your logo, your colours, your greeting on the page your customers land on. Spanish too.
What keeps coming up
Forty messages and survey answers become three themes. Wait times up, parking flat, someone on your team getting named repeatedly.
Suggestions
Where to move a card, what to fix first, what your survey results mean, and what to ask next.
Drafted replies
Drafts for the reviews and messages worth answering, in your voice. You read it, change what you like, and post. Remix tidies your own words.
Fake review watch
We flag reviews that look like they breach Google's policies — competitors, spam, extortion — and make reporting them simple.
Pricing

“Other cards are a one-time purchase with no monthly fee.”
So is ours. Buy a card, never pay us again, and it keeps sending your customers to Google for as long as the plastic survives — that is not a trial, a teaser or a grace period, it is the deal. A plain NFC card and our card do exactly the same thing on day one.
The difference starts on day two. A plain card cannot tell you it was tapped, cannot let a customer reach you privately, cannot draft a reply, and cannot be pointed somewhere else without buying new plastic. That is what a subscription buys, from $9.99 a month. If you do not want any of it, do not subscribe — the card was still worth having.
