About
We started because of one bad idea.
Almost every review card on the market does the same thing. It asks your customer for a star rating before it does anything else. Four stars and up get sent to Google. Everyone else gets a private complaint form and never reaches your public page at all.
It is sold as reputation management. It is called review gating, and it breaks Google's policy and a federal rule at the same time. Businesses have had their entire review history deleted over it — not one bad review, all of them, years of work gone in an afternoon.
What we do instead
Everyone who taps one of our cards gets the same two options, the same size: leave a Google review, or send the owner a private message. If the owner asks a few questions first, anyone can skip them, and nobody’s answers change what they’re offered. Nobody is screened and nobody is quietly steered.
That sounds like the harder path and it is not. Filtering caps how many reviews you can collect, because it removes a third of your customers from the funnel before they reach the page. We send everyone, so the count goes up. Your average might sit a little lower. A 4.6 with two hundred reviews outsells a 4.9 with twenty-five, and nobody can take it away from you.
The part we actually sell
The card is the easy bit. What owners pay for is hearing from the people who would never have posted publicly — and hearing from them fast enough to fix it. A complaint answered within the hour often turns into a good review later. A complaint nobody answers turns into a bad one.
What we will not do
Three promises, in plain words.
We will never filter
No star gate, no happy-face sorting, no version of it under another name. If we ever add one, we have become the thing we started against.
Your card keeps working
Stop paying and it still sends customers to your reviews. Forever. We are not holding your counter hostage.
We will not promise removals
We flag reviews that may breach Google's policies and make reporting easy. Whether Google removes one is Google's call, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Put one on the counter and see.
